Is boxing lessons good for losing weight? - boxing lessons toronto
I've always thought that would be the training for boxing funny. I do not want to compete, but I want some exercise and training. Nobody here painting? Would it be good for someone over 250 lbs. to train and help you lose weight? What is your opinion about boxing lessons. Thanks for the answers! :)

I recommend wholeheartedly to. Some clubs offer fitness and cardio-boxing can be good for the greatest fitness. Or you will find a recreation center that offers a boxing program. You do not have to fight, but you can learn the proper technique of boxing, learn some basic movements and then work with the exercises or paw heavybag really coming into shape. This is an exceptional education.
